Siapa yang tidak tahu jajanan pasar yang satu ini? Martabak mini menjadi opsi buat kamu yang lagi pengin makanan manis, namun dengan porsi enggak berlebihan, alias pas ketika digigit.
Selain manis, kamu bisa menganti topping martabak sesuai dengan yang kamu inginkan. Cara membuatnya juga mudah, kok.
Semua bahan dan resep masakan yang dibutuhkan, bisa membuat 8 adonan martabak kecil. Jadi, kamu enggak perlu ragu untuk membagikannya kepada keluarga di rumah, ya. Yuk, simak resep kue di sini!
Bahan:
200 gram tepung
2 sdm susu bubuk
1/4 sdt garam
90 gram gula pasir
1/4 sdt vanili
1/4 sdt baking powder
1 sdt baking soda
2 butir telur
1 kuning telur
25 gram margarin
1/4 sdt ragi bubuk
Cara membuat martabak mini:
1. Masukkan tepung, baking powder, gula, garam, vanili, dan susu bubuk ke dalam wadah.
2. Tambahkan air sedikit sambil di aduk menggunakan mixer. Aduk hingga kental, jangan terlalu encer.
3. Taburkan ragi dan aduk hingga merata, diamkan selama setengah jam.
4. Tambahkan telur ke dalam adonan, sambil diaduk. Tambahkan baking soda dan margarin yang sudah dilelehkan.
5. Aduk adonan hingga tercampur rata. Sembari itu, panaskan loyang namun jangan menggunakan mentega. Tunggu hingga 10 menit.
6. Masukkan adonan ke loyang dengan api sedang. Jangan terlalu besar karena akan mudah gosong.
7. Jika adonan sudah mengembang, angkat dan tunggu hingga hangat.
8. Oleskan mentega atau susu cair di atas adonan martabak yang sudah matang. Tambahkan topping sesuai selera.
10. Martabak mini siap dihidangkan.
