My experience with Aegean Airlines AMS Terminal was enhanced primarily due to the outstanding staff attitude. Right from the time I entered, each member of staff I dealt with was courteous, polite, and actually concerned about ensuring my journey was hassle-free. I required some information about gate directions, and the ground staff went out of their way to explain the directions patiently and even walked a short distance to indicate the way. Aids for senior citizens and people with children were evident and highly well-arranged. Customer service seemed to be a priority here. Even while boarding, staff members were calm and made sure each person was comfortable. Such personal care made me feel appreciated as a customer.
